Good Day
This song describes my feeling for today. I had an encounter with a really friendly person after a morning of annoying junk. It redeemed my day! Choosing joy really does make a difference in my days.

"I think I like today
I think it's good
It's something I can get my head around"

Have you ever woken up..
And the sun was brighter than it had ever been before?

Have you every had a day that your spirit was lighter than it had ever been before?

Have you ever had a day that you felt free?

I have, and today is that day!

Thank you God for fresh starts, and new days! I love you for that.

Thank you for a wife who loves me through being imperfect, and helps me take baby steps into finding true freedom. Who knows, maybe one day I'll get to the point where I can even dance in God's freedom!

Leave some Feedback
I'm not sure who all looks at this blog, but I want to ask you a favor.

If you are reading this, then I'm talking to you...yes...you!

I'm going to be putting together a monthly video podcast highlighting local musicians and bands. Probably somewhere between a 10-15 minute format. The video would contain some live footage from one of their shows. It would also contain some interviews with the band. It would be a look into the lives of the bands and some behind the scene footage.

I haven't decided yet if it's going to be genre specific or multiple genres. I enjoy rock and blues music the most, but I know that doesn't appeal to everyone.

I am on the ground level here and was wondering how many people would be interested in something like this.

So here's the favor. I'm asking you to leave me a comment with at least 3 things.

1) What is your favorite genre of music?

2) Would you be interested in expanding your music collection by subscribing to a video podcast like this and learning about more local bands?

3) Do you have any other suggestions for the podcast...names, bands to interview or highlight, etc.?

Thanks so much!
